When the old definition of success no longer fits.
Space to think clearly. Courage to choose what comes next. Coaching for accomplished people at a point of change. Your life may still look successful from the outside, but the work that once motivated you feels different or the choices ahead no longer fit the way you used to measure success. You may simply know that a question you have put off now needs your attention.
Perhaps nothing is obviously wrong. And yet something no longer feels right.
Change does not always begin with a clear decision. Sometimes it starts as restlessness in a life you are grateful for, or the sense that the answers which brought you here will not help you decide what comes next. You might want something different without wanting to discard everything you have built. You might be trying to separate what you want from what you think you should want, or to understand whether the discomfort calls for patience, courage or a change of direction.
WHAT COACHING OFFERS
A place to hear yourself think.
Coaching gives you time to think properly. Our conversations make room for what is changing while keeping sight of the questions or decisions that brought you.
We will pay attention to patterns, challenge assumptions and work out what you want to do next. The aim is a choice you understand and can stand behind.
Space
An hour away from the demands of the day, with room for the question that keeps getting pushed aside.
Attention
I listen closely and ask questions that help you see what is hard to notice on your own.
Alignment
Time to test a choice against your values, instead of habit, expectation or someone else’s idea of success.
Action
We turn what you notice into practical next steps, conversations or small experiments.
A three-month coaching partnership.
Sometimes the question you arrive with isn’t the one that most needs attention. Six sessions give us time to look beyond the immediate problem, notice recurring patterns and work towards choices that feel right for you.
Three months of private 1:1 coaching
Six 60-minute sessions, usually held fortnightly
An opening session, a midpoint review and a final session
Short reflections between sessions when useful
Online via Google Meet
Founding rate: £600
or three monthly payments of £200
I’m offering a small number of places at a founding rate during 2026 as I establish my private coaching practice. The structure, preparation and care are the same as they will be beyond this founding period.
Useful things to know.

Coaching may help if you want time to think and are willing to look honestly at your own patterns and choices. You do not need to arrive with a perfect goal. If you need diagnosis, treatment, crisis support or advice from a specialist, coaching is unlikely to be the right support.
-
We will spend 30 minutes talking about what has brought you to coaching, what you would like from the work and any questions you have about my approach. It is a chance for both of us to see whether working together feels right. There is nothing to prepare and no obligation to continue.

You can bring a decision, a transition, a pattern you keep noticing, a difficult conversation or a loss of motivation. Some people arrive with a precise question. Others only know that something needs to change. We can begin from either place.
-
Yes. What you share in our sessions stays between us. The exceptions are when disclosure is required by law, or when I have a serious concern about your safety or someone else’s. If either situation arose, I would handle it as carefully and openly as possible. For employer-sponsored coaching, we agree in advance what, if anything, may be shared with the sponsor.

The three-month partnership is the best way to get value from coaching because it gives us time to understand what is going on, try things between sessions and build on what we learn. If you have a specific issue you would like to think through, I can sometimes offer a one-off session on request. Existing clients are also welcome to book follow-up sessions.

Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving.
“I’m very grateful for and highly recommend Julia’s coaching! Aligning my values with my work was not something I was aware of, but with Julia’s help I realised that it was the core of my frustrations. She has an incredible ability to connect deeply with one’s experiences and gently guide towards understanding oneself. I was able to shift my perspective and found ways to pursue what’s important to me. Now I feel far more centred and confident, thanks to Julia!”
